+20 weapons

I am constantly trying to remember what the d1, d2, d3 stats are at +20 for all ranks of weapons, so i figured if we can condense some of these in to one place and maybe make a sticky, it would be great for figuring out what rank to make what + of a weapon, and when to trade up and when to keep the weapon you have. Here's a skeleton of what im thinkin:

The rule of tiers:

D3: ~4.0x ND enchantment values

+20 D2 ~ +15 D3
+20 D1 ~ +15 D2 ~ +10 D3
+20 ND ~ +15 D1 ~ +10 D2 ~ +5D3

I don't think there will be an easy way to figure out the differences between tiers. Except maybe do the math.
