:cry: this hacking and scamming is a real big problem me and friends and guild members lost a lot of stuff we can't get it back sometimes which is why they quiet or stop playing. It has accured to me that the only why to completely some scammer and hacker is by destorying the whole game's securety and then rebuiled it bigger and better sercurty so if there was problem with item hacking it can be traced by the certain people like the GMs i would like to know if there was a way of doing that or something else to be done faster then the responds time of submiting a ticket all the time it a pain sometimes u don't here from them for 1day-1-week-3weeks-5months-or7months or just have to send another in

Their aim is not to provide a quality game but a profitable game. It's just about that, a profit/expense ratio. In Germany they have more GMs (more expenses) and more players (more profit), which is risky because they have to keep a high-quality standard (events, quick-answering customer service, marginal hacks) to keep their players happy and cash-shopping. Here they chose to cut all the expenses (one half-retired or trainee GM, recycled events, slow-motion customer service) this way even with almost no player (massive hacking) there will still be a profit.

please post ur solutons what has to be done about hackers because i came up with plain to shut down the game then remake it better

Bump. I agree. They need a stronger firewall or prevention team. Something. Take some tips from Runescape. I haven't heard of their servers ever being hacked.
