this hacking and scamming is a real big problem me and friends and guild members lost a lot of stuff we can't get it back sometimes which is why they quiet or stop playing. It has accured to me that the only why to completely some scammer and hacker is by destorying the whole game's securety and then rebuiled it bigger and better sercurty so if there was problem with item hacking it can be traced by the certain people like the GMs i would like to know if there was a way of doing that or something else to be done faster then the responds time of submiting a ticket all the time it a pain sometimes u don't here from them for 1day-1-week-3weeks-5months-or7months or just have to send another in

Surveys don't work efficiently, i have tried making many, all failed, also goole what IBTL means, make you not ask a stupid question. You want change its not going to happen anytime soon, for now people are now being restored within a weeks calendar. but there will come a time that if the hacking process keep up that it will overthrow the game then they have to shut it down then rebuild from scratch and besides i don't depend on the forums because it is unpredictable if action will be taken or not so there has be a way to do something about this before it too late i give it between 7-15yrs to completely not be able to play with out getten hack but this just a guess if have a better 1 i like to here it

Really, I'm not happy with the way of things at Gala, so I quit giving them money but still play their games. Nothing else holds my attention as well as Rappelz or I would be there. When I started playing e4 was just being released and the alpha/beta test players said, "They ruined it, its dead." Some are still around and mock the 1yr players when they run here to post, "They ruined it, its dead."

The hackers have a job to do, and its easier than the dev's job, and we all know this game could be dropped any week. This is not a new revelation.

I think if the game comes to an end, it would be from the Devs. If gPotato were to drop it instead, I'm sure another U.S. publisher would pick it up, like the Shot Online golf game when it was x-fered to another pub. There's also other regions that pub this game also.

Everyone is changing to fp2 models, because they make alot of money. Gala is going through one of the worst hackings and im sure that their profit margin is still looking great, say what you will about them, they got a great marketing team.

Gala Labs (the devs) and gPotato US are both wholly owned by Gala Inc, so it's up to the big boys in Japan when and if we are shut down. Unlike Eyasoft which produced Luna, Gala Lab and Rappelz are owned by Gala, so its all in house decisions with Rappelz. This is one reason I find the constant, "Only the devs can fix this..." line frustrating. I think more communication should be possible.

But that is simply a naive/hopeful expectation of a single consumer.

it has come to my attention that you are right but like i said they need to do something and fast there responds time is real bad when it come to this hacking stuff so even if the hacking keeps up there will come a time when people tired of the hacker and roit or something this game can't last forever soon it won't be around i been here since end of epic 4 after the end of all the epics then game will shut down but that like few yr away
