Anything pertinent to the recent hack cases can be discussed here. Moderators and possibly even GMs will stop by this thread and read about inquiries you guys have made about these cases.

Any new topics regarding hack cases will be locked for duplicate topics. Please do not create new topics related to hack cases. It clutters the forums. Don't complain about this because this is necessary. Your posts in this thread will not be ignored.

If you guys have anything you feel that others should definitely know about, you can PM it to me and I'll add it here. I can even create a wiki for you guys in some theories or whatever you want on it.

If you have recently opened a customer service ticket and have gotten a ticket number, please be patient with a response from customer service.

If you have a ticket and haven't heard from customer service in over a month, follow up on it by opening a new ticket and make sure that you provide the ticket ID of your original ticket in your new message.

If you've emailed customer service and have not received a ticket number, send another inquiry.

Do not continuously send emails regarding your ticket to customer service unless they have explicitly told you to e-mail them. You may possibly get bumped to the end of the line and you will not get expedited service.

Answer the questions provided by customer service to the point. It is not necessary to provide intricate details as they can see alot of behind the scenes information.

Keep in mind, this forum is community driven and regulated by GMs and Forum Moderators. Most of us cannot help you if it is a customer service related issue. Issues related to the game are not handled through the forums.

Or add a 'present' function to the cash shop that allows people to have just one account running with gpots, and still buy things that cannot be transferred (like a HV pass) for the others (buff slaves or friends) as 'present'. Works well in another game where the mounts are character bound.

Current status of my alliance on Naga as far as I can remember: within the last 14 days one account was restored, at least two more hacked.

Seeing this rate, there is no wonder that people have to wait for that long. More staff is required.

Unfortunately due to the [gouda] economy and the lack of funds coming from cash shop (due to numerous hacks) they are firing people instead. Self-perpetuating crap cycle is self-perpetuating.

gms want to find details on multiple hacking cases that ppl post on forums? now they have ONE thread to know to go to instead of a page full of threads every day. and seriously? how much other information can hacked people give us that hasnt been posted 100 times already aside from these multiple "theories" that ppl keep posting, its a waste of space

So, one person starts a thread asking for the only real topic on the forum to be merged into one thread and BAM all other threads are locked and only this topic is allowed to exist.....

In fact what will happen is that you will try and disguise the fact the game is hacked to hell, any potential new player might miss the fact that everyone and their mother have been hacked or know someone ingame that has been hacked and will make the mistake of charging up some points and playing this version of the game.

It clutters the forums? Well, tell me one thing worth posting about the game at its present state other than "I've been hacked" or "all my friends got hacked" or "the game's security sucks".
