slows can't degrade movespeed more than 90%. You can throw 3 x Arctic Blast, Earthquake, Acid Swamp, and Cold Bolt on a target, and it still moves at the same pace it does with just 3 x Arctic Blasts.

It's weird that they've blocked these videos in some countries because according to the info they sent me they only blocked 1 video in "Bermuda, United States Minor Outlying Islands."

I'll try to see if I can swap the audio away sometime later.
