I bought some ultimate game cards and now i can't even use them Wth can someone help me?

What issue are experiencing exactly? Is it not letting you redeem your funds on your card? is the card pin not working? If you like you can send us a support ticket so we can further investigate.

alright i got a 20 digit code ultimate card from pc supply online and everyone saids that i have to go to paybycash but when i click on $20 it comes up with a 971 error

its easy to keep fogging us off to sending in a ticket, but when we do we dont hear back in weeks. Also if you try sending a email to billing we get a return email saying it didnt work.

So only way to contact you people is on here !!!!!!!

We answer the billing tickets everyday. You are the only one who has reported this issue. Have you tried emailing from a different address?
