47 CM with lv1 DT? Wow, more Witch Quest noobs and stupid luckers.

I can't god-damn tame an angel 0/14 and he prolly bought 1 card and succeeded.

Go away. I hate you now. -.-

Since this is either a joke, or you really have no clue and yet still have that pet...
Dt's skill discriptions are currently bugged, where the texts says physical atk, it actuality is means magic atk. So first of all you need to use a staff to max it's magic atk. The armour passive is actulay for Summoner gear, so get some of it and int/agi stone it, Int for matk, and agi for aspd/evasion. At lv 90 it gets +18% crit with dagger/spear, but you need to stick with the staff to maximise the damage, besides the self heal can't crit so there isn't really a point.
Dt is a weird pet, kind of a combo between Octo and a Skell, it's not a bad pet for a cm, and just because of it being that high on the tier list it's a decent pet for just about anyone. Well anyone but sins, Dt is [gouda] on sins.

DONT BELIEVE HIS LIES!

You MUST equip your DT with a 1h staff and a shield. Why? Because the 1 hand staff give the perfect balance between the att. speed and the magic nuke skills he has! The shield is because an armor would make your DT too heavy for the horse to carry him. It would slow down a lot your DT and would tire him too fast. Socket the equipement with wisdom and precision stones, because if he can't hit the mob he won't help your killspeed.

For the skills, I highly recommend to spend a lot of job point into the OB passives, because the base stats give much higher bonuses than derived stats. Don't spend job point on the unity because he will have no more mana to cast his other skills woth the unity runing all the time. MAX right away the blind skill, because it will reduce to NOTHING the damage you receive from the mob for a short time, making you INVINCIBLE!

P.S. english is not my primary language.
