Missing Items Due to Server Crash

If you lost items or rupees directly related to a server crash, don't post on the forums about it! Please email Rappelz@gala-net.com with the following information:

• Account name


• Character name


• Server name


• Approximate date/time of server crash


• Exact name of the item that is missing/amount of rupees that went missing


• Brief description of what exactly you were doing in-game just prior to the server crash


• Approximate date/time and description of the last transaction that you remember concerning the missing item (by transaction I mean one of the following: deposit or withdrawal from warehouse, sale to npc or another player, purchase from npc or another player, trade with another player, picked up off ground, etc.)

Screenshots are unnecessary.

It may take us a few days to fully investigate your claim, so please be patient!
