The Rappelz team would like to compile some of the best tips and tricks regarding technical support and the Rappelz client software.

Always keep a backup of a working copy of Rappelz.

    Rappelz is updated on a weekly basis, and some of the updates can be quite large, also updating from the client available on the download site can take a long time. Internet connection issues, or background tasks can interfere with the update process, and if a file is corrupted, you must uninstall the client and re-install using the client on the download site. We suggest that you back up the Rappelz folder in your GALA-NET directory regularly (default: C:\Program Files\GALA-NET\Rappelz). If your client is corrupted or stops working after an update, you can copy the contents of the working copy of Rappelz back into your Rappelz folder and try the update again. This saves the time of updating from a fresh install.
