RenderDevice Create Error

RenderDevice Create Error

when i tried to open the launcher... a pop up window appeared with "RenderDevice Create Error " message on it.. what should I do?

found in creater renderdevice problem with mistakes is the screen resolution pasenla to 1024 by 768 pixels

It could be your video card drivers are out of date, you card is not supported, or the default resolution for the game is not supported by your card.
