Nope I am afraid there is no way to do that.
You could copy the installation from a friend who plays and can update but you will need to do that on a weekly basis every time there are updates.
It would be far easier to get the game updating properly on your end.
In what way do you connect to the internet?
Who is your internet provider?
You may need to forward some ports through your router if you have access to the internet gateway router.
If you are part of a school or community network you may need to contact the administrators and get them to allow the game connections.
You can find the server addresses and ports listed here...

Re: Launcher Problem. Please Help me :)
Im connecting to I-net with a lan cable if you mean that lol :p
My Provider is T-online.. And my router is a Speedport HSPA if you wanted to know that
I tried to open parts for another game on my router already.. I dont really know how to do this.
One question.. arent these just IP-adresses?

Or are the numbers one port? Cause when I enter them in a new Rule on Firewall an error occures. It just let me enter them if i split them with a comma instead of a dot.
I hope you understand my english lul
If either the Firewall from Windows or from my Router is blocking the Updates.. Couldnt i just deactivate it for a short time to check if the Updates will start?
** After 20mins Rappelz launcher excecuted i got the Error . cannot connect to index server..Maybe its because my connection dropped

They follow this format.
Address:Port
So the patch servers address is 107.21.55.80 and it is at port number 3516 that the traffic is routed to it.
You can see if it is a router issue by plugging directly into your modem.
You may need to contact T-online, your internet service provider for assistance.

I really do not think it is the OS version.
I and many other people are having no issues playing on Windows 7.

There is no Tutorial for that kind of menu.. i really wanna fix this now -.-

That picture shows settings for setting up a virtual server and it is not what you want.
There should be in the advanced settings somewhere some kind of settings similar to firewall rules or traffic rules.
That is where you need to configure it to allow ports.
If this is a wireless provider, I really emphasize you may need to contact them.

Re: Launcher Problem. Please Help me :)
I also now have a launcher problem. I have been playing this game since Epic 3 off and on and have never had a problem until a few weeks ago. The launch window does not display an options box or a start button. I run Windows XP SP3 and all my Flash, Shockwave and Java are up to date.
I have removed Pan** something from my system as suggested in another thread and IE8 has been checked for security level and LAN settings. I am my wits end after checking through all the suggestions made on the forum. I have noted that if I go to the forums using Firefox as normal I get a different view from when I use IE8. The IE8 view is screwed up, I would post views if I knew how to, I have them saved as .bmp files

Re: Launcher Problem. Please Help me :)
Hello again.
I knew it.. but it was the only Menu where I could find 'ports'
now i checked again.. and you were right. I have found a new menu where i can open ports. It suppose to be the right one.
http://imageshack.us/f/521/launcherproblem.png/
Let me check if im doing it right.
Protocol : UDP/TCP ( Where is the Diffrence? ôô)
Local IP Adress: 192.168.1.*** its given from my modem when i check Attached Device
Internet IP adress: 2.171.34.*** this is my ip adress when i check sites like whatismyipadress.com
Status: ON
Ports: 80 for the Rappelz Launcher.
Web Site: 173.245.93.52:80

Login: 107.21.55.70:4500
Tortus: 107.21.55.43:4514
So the Port is 80. What to do with the Adress which is Before the Port?? i mean this 173.245.93.51:80 . is it important to add it in the Menu too?
I can't see any more gap for it
Mhm.. I dont want to call the t-online hotline again.. last time i phoned them i was waiting 1 hour. I'll try to handle it myself, if i dont know what else i could do, ill call them.

Hey,
I'll tell you somethings that might help you.
Upgrade Internet Explorer to latest version. I don't know which it is for Windows XP .. but im using IE 9 with Windows 7. Update your flash player , shockwave player , Java addons from Internet Explorer.
Go to your windows firewall settings and Allow Launcher.exe and SFrame.exe, Check if your Security Software is blocking the Launcher.
Make sure you have the latest Windows Updates. Go to windows update -> check for new updates. Just go through them all..
Here some Things that might help also. It's a list by thundernikk from another thread.

...Some common things you can look into...
1. Pando Media Booster not being removed from computer after installation.
a. Control Panel, Add Remove Programs, "Pando Media Booster", Select remove.
2. Internet explorer getting changed to use a proxy server for LAN.
a. Control Panel, Internet Options, Connections Tab, LAN Settings Button, Make sure that the box for use a proxy server for LAN connection is NOT checked.
3. Firewall both 3rd party and Windows.
a. Set exceptions for both.
4. Site being DNS cashed and then changing IP address dynamically.
a. At start menu Run, Type, command, to open a command prompt. Then type, ipconfig /flushdns.
5. Internet explorer settings for security too high.
6. Right click launcher shortcut and select to run as an administrator.
Check your firewall and security software settings and add exceptions for...
launcher.exe
and...
sframe.exe
The internet explorer proxy thing is very common.
Hope I could help you

Yes, thanks I've done all that - that is what is so frustrating. It should be noted that the news, patch notes and the ad for the weekly sales all come through, but not the important start button.

Make sure your Internet Explorer is up to date.
Clear your browser history through Internet Options from the control panel...Clear browsing history now.
See if you can load the HTML page using Internet Explorer...
http://rappelz-launcher.gpotato.com/launcher.html
Set your browser to work offline from the file menu.
Open the launcher and see if it works.
Set your browser to work online again from the file menu.
