Launcher Problem. Please Help me :)

Hello Rappelz-Community.

Today I wanted to play Rappelz again. I started the launcher and was like, what the hell.? There is no start button! . I Googled it, to try to fix it. I've found alot of things that could help, but the start button isnt there yet.
Now .. after 2 hours of trying to fix it, I wanted to ask you if somebody could help me here.
Mhhmm I think I should add that I had the same Problem with the Old Launcher.. The 'Game Start' Button didn't light up. But I could easily Fix it with pressing 'ctrl. + F5' . Too bad it doesn't work with this Launcher.
Thanks for reading , just let me know, if you know any solution for this.

Hehe thanks spacern u hepled me alot mate.

I upgraded internet explorer from 8.0 to 9.. lmao
Atleast I can see the Game Start button now
But now Im not able to click on the button :C
You don't know anything to do.. do you?

Make sure your security software is not blocking the game updates.

Depending on your internet provider (if it is wireless provider) F5 may still apply.

And nothing happens when i press F5 .. the Launcher just refreshs but i still cant click on Game Start.
If you're not too busy, could you tell me where I can find the settings to let the game update?

Not without knowing your security software that you use.

And google search could probably tell you just as fast.

You need to allow launcher.exe and sframe.exe

Im not using any security software.. you mean softwares like Avira right? Do I need one of them??
I just have an activated Firewall.. already allowed launcher.exe and sframe.. also deactivated to check if it works.
Im googling for 4 hours or so already Maybe I have changed too much :S

Is there any way to Update without the Launcher ? I mean download the patch and just insert it to the rappelz Folder.

Your launcher is still chopped off on the bottom and does not show whether it is trying to update the game or not.

Are you sure you have all of the most recent plug ins installed for internet explorer?

Java

Flash

etc.

What firewall do you have installed?

Do you have anti malware programs like Bitdefender or IOBit malware fighter?

Dunno if i need it but i installed Adobe Shockwave now too.
1)Im only using the normal Firewall of Windows 7 .. already allowed Sframe.exe and launcher.exe
2)Yes.. i had the iObit malware fighter.. I think you want me to deinstall it.. already did

Windows is completely up to date with windows automatic updates?

I checked windows update.. I forgot to install Windows 7 Service packs.. lmao I bet those are the most important things.. am i right ? xD

Those would be relatively important.

Still the same after Service pack installation.. well i will just download all the 'important' stuff' from Windows Update like Microsoft Net Framework and so. I hope this will help.. I have that feeling that I will throw my Computer out of the window, because of the Launcher

well.. i dont know what else i could do.

Installed every update in Windows Update.. except a Windows Antivirus tool and the language packages.
I allowed Rappelz Launcher.exe and SFrame.exe in Windows Firewall.
Upgraded Internet Explorer to version 9.0 -> Installed Java and Adobe Flash and Shockwave add on.

There is no way to update the game by downloading a patch and install it to the rappelz folder? :S
