Can you describe your issue in greater detail.

Does it give you a time out message?

Or a can not connect to server message?

Download failed message?

Invalid file message?

No message disorganized launcher page?

Is your version of windows updated to the latest service pack and internet explorer completely up to date with up to date plugins for java and others?

Sometimes i also have to restart it like 10 times before, i get the "start" botten.

For those with this problem you should start including the following information to help whoever changed it make sure it's compatible on all systems:

1) Version of Windows and the latest Service Pack installed?
2) Version of Internet Explorer on the computer (Doesn't matter if you use it, or not)?
3) Are you experiencing the issue when launching the main game, or when trying to run via Sandboxie or VMware?
4) Have you updated Java recently, or Flash (There is a separate version of flash for different browsers, try installing the one for Internet Explorer), Shockwave, etc?
5) Check if Internet Explorer is setup to use a proxy: Tools > Internet Options > Connections > Lan Settings button > and uncheck everything.
6) Did you eat your Cheerios this morning?
