Missing and choosing to bypass are 2 different things.

Back to the simple, strait the point and easy question....

Yep. After being hacked once I decided that a posting account seemed to be the next logical step.

Skill it as a healer pet. The good thing about Golem is the "weakness analysis" skill which greatly boosts your damage for 5 seconds every 30 sec.

That skill makes it almost the top DD pet of all considering it's owner is worth two damns 8)

You can skill both dd and healing if you opt not to max unity/every passive

build it for what u need it to do. if u want it to dd then go with the dd build. if u need it to heal then go with the heal build. plain and simple. try out different builds and learn for urself instead of being told 1 build and not knowing what ur missing out on.

Ifrits can DD better than Golems
Golems can heal better than Ifrits

Ifrits are more versatile for a DD/Heal build.
Golems are like angels, but with only 1 attacking skill, but with a bunch of supporting buffs/debuffs.

You have to question yourself if you want invest points to a +30% toggle for that one attacking skill or not. I chose not to, because its not a DD.

Thanks for the reply. I have the info I needed. Just dont know alot about them yet.

Trying to understand the cost associated with them. Why they are so much higher than Ifrits and Genies, kind of eludes me.

cus theyre new, at least that's the main reason. they do have the highest single heal though, which imo makes it a nice pet for pking

And they have weakness analysis which is one hell of a pet skill, considering pet skills are pretty often garbage.

When people compare ifrit and cube heals, do they include the HOT portion of the ifrit heal?
