155 S0 Golem vs 115 S3 Golem [Comparison]

I tried to stat them the same, but the S3 is missing 5 more levels of Bless the Body. They are both unequipped, and only affected by the OL's passives (Mage tree), which is 80% Int increase.

How does the s3 have higher base stats but lower matk? Probably an obvious reason, I'm just trying to figure out

It's the level difference:
+40 levels = +40 Matk
