Tried this today, but it just takes me to a login link even if I'm already logged in.


It doesn't seem to work. I tried contacting CS, but I got the same reply.

Try clearing your browser history and cash, or another browser.

The last time this happened to a user the GM logged on to reset the users password and did not have any issue doing so.

We were thinking it may have been a browser cookie or cash issue that was causing the player to have issues with the log in thing.

I tried three different browsers. Chrome and Firefox still took me to the log in link. Internet Explorer just crashed.

Cleared my cache and browser history manually, then used cc cleaner to make sure.

Are the browsers you tried updated to the most recent versions?
