Dirks, more atk spd. Swords would offer more p.atk, but more atk. speed is better imo.

Depends on your affordability. Have no idea your level or budget, but I belt two s0 Kentas, two s4 skeletons, s3 yeti and depending on what I'm doing a different boss card (SLK, Obsi, Crusty, etc).

For dura, definitely Voracious/Devouring (although devouring can be VERY hard to find and expensive, especially the boots/gloves. Sticking to voracious for everything but armor & weapons is completely fine).

I am a sword user just because that was really the way to go 'back in the day' so I was used to it and even when dura first came out it wasn't well understood yet the major edge dirks had over swords coupled with the attack speed. It is possible with swords & certain builds/buff sets to reach max atk speed with swords and be able to have that extra power with the s words, but overall I just think dirks are better. But I personally am used to and stuck with my swords so that's what I will use. Now my 160 set.. I have both to choose from but have not enchanted them.

PS: I wouldn't invest heavily in pimping R4, R5, R6 gears or even 150 gears. Especially with p4 and the new dura coming out. Your best bet on gear is trying to buy some that people are already trying to unload cheap in anticipation of the next epic part.

Before you become master class you can use swords or dirks and it doesn't matter much.

When you become a slayer, that's when you want to use dirks to get the maximum punch out of Twilight Strike, an insta-cast 5 sec CD spam that'll be your best attack skill damage wise.

I'm loving that with dirks. I'm loving it so much, in fact, that I got an angel for my main pet, purely for the unity. With the aforementioned "cast off" gear, I can knock half a champ mob's HP off on a crit, and a normal hit is scoring at least 1/3.

I am belting 2 s3 skells, an s0 kenta, and an s3 orc. Too poor for a 6 slot belt. I have an s3 yeti that I have considered swapping out for dp's, the extra vit might come in handy, and atk speed is useless when all I'm doing is running back and forth.
