I don't know where you did get this information but actually it's called "Fighter's Axe Skill"... so ehm, like the name says... it works only with axes.

I made the post when my alt was still a Rogue, so yeah, now I see it's in the melee weapons skill tree... Thanks for the reply anyway .

And is there a skill that allows me shoot twice with a bow ?

Not as a Fighter, but i think there is a skill as an Archer that allows double shots, Firing Succession i think, but I would have to confirm this with my friend.
