Actually I've been informed recently that his actual character name is supposed to sound like "excellency." Which is a nice oxymoron.

He can also mumble in a strange self made language to u while he is dead but the only thing u pick up from it is: Rape.

Its a very hard move to perform.

That reminds me, the only reason why xInc hates me is because sometime within the span of 6-10 months ago, I refused to buff him.
