The payment was refunded earlier today. It looks like someone else is making the payment for you. A consent form will need to be filled out to use PayPal, credit card, or Google Checkout. This can be found on the payment option page.

I have recently purchased Gpotatos, at 1:42 am, obviously this was quite early but it is now 6 1/2 hours later, and still pending status, has something gone wrong?

Our records show that the payment was refunded due to mismatch information between the gpotato account owner and the payment source owner. If someone else is making a payment for you, please submit a payment consent form to us so that we can process your payment successfully. Please let us know if you have further questions.

So I tried to buy gp yesterday via paypal and got refunded because i used random name when i made my rappelz account some time ago
When I saw I couldn't do much about it I decided to make new account using my info and tried to buy gp,but this time I got "(996) An error has occured while processing your request."

Could you help me with my problem?I've been trying to buy gp yesterday and again today,bit tired with all that.
p.s.to be honest I'm confused with why can't I change my name on my rappelz accout and yet I can change all other info.

I have a similar problem, my payment is still "pending". I have e-mailed a payment consent form earlier and I remember before having this problem earlier. I used BillMyParent$ earlier to get past the issues (every attempt to buy was denied)

EDIT* I sent in an email reply which explains more in-deph what's going on. Please respond via that.

Our records show that your payment couldn't be processed due to mismatched data between the gpotato acount owner and payment source owner. You'll need to send in a payment consent form or have the payment source owner call the billing department during business hours (mon-fri 9am-6pm) at 1-877-425-2638.

hey, im having the same problem, i have been waiting for 3 hours, but they havent arrived yet. I read the first reply, but i live in Holland, and dont know what time it is there.

For a Google Checkout, credit card or PayPal payment to be approved the gPotato registrant must be the owner of the funding source. Since this was not the case, that payment was rejected and refunded. For someone else to make a payment for you, they would need to fill out the Payment Consent Form and mail or fax it to us along with proof of identification. The form can also be scanned and emailed. You can find the form located under payment options on the left hand side.

You can still purchase gPotatoes without the form by using another payment options such as Money Order or Cashiers Check.
