Gpotato Pending

Okay... I ordered some gpotato during business hours. Can I get it sometimes so I can get my stuff. Its a bit ridiculous having to wait hours or days to know if it went through or not..

Its been at least 3 hours now..

Okay, so my ordered was cancelled. Now when am I going to get my money returned? I ordered some gpotato a while back but cancelled it and now I see on my bank statement it saying my $20 was given back.. now why after that do I see gpotato take out $20 again?

Our records show that your payment was refunded due to mismatch information between the payment source owner account and the gpotato account owner. If someone is making a payment for you they will have to either call the billing dept (877-425-2638) to give consent or email them a payment consent form.

Since we have already pushed your funds back to Paypal it may take them a few business days or less to place the funds back at your account.
