Hacked? Dispute Paypal

No further response on paypal disputes- maybe they think I'm so dumb I'll miss the 'turn this dispute into a claim by the 12th January' and it will be too late....

In the meantime they did finally send me the 'useless questions' email, and no response since then.

Gpts spent on HV passes - wonder if they are 'spent' in the definition of billing, or the cs items that were stolen, or the weapons and armor I had just made using 20 or more cs items.

Can they guarantee I won't just be hacked again as soon as I log in and take my equipments and weapons out of storage? No, I don't think so..

Better to make a refund and have a semi- happy customer 'well at least they made an effort' rather than have unhappy ex-customers blasting the company on every medium they can find until the game and the company closes..but it seems gala really are just here to suck the customers dry and then leave them out to hang...

havign the exact same problem with my disputes.

They didnt even respond to my response from them saying we cant refund you, you have been restored.
