Billing Issue

On the 5th december i attempted to purchase Gpots with my debit/credit card and the site transfered me to a billing consent form.
I didn't fill this out.
However the money was taken from the account anyway and taken twice.
What can i do to get this money back as i hadn't filled out the consent form or attempted to continue with the purchase?

Ok its gala net policy that if the consent form has not been filled out then you will get your refund within 7 business days.

If you used your credit card then they will simply push back the charge.

I am not sure what you mean by using debit card - theres no feature in the fill up page to pay through debit card. Unless you mean you have it linked to paypal and you payed with that. Then they will just issue a refund to paypal which will add that amount to your paypal balance. It is then up to you to transfer that to your bank account

No i used a Debit card, i applyed it to the credit card payment form and it seems it worked, was just curious.
It has been quite a few days (more than a week) since the payment was 'made' 5th Dec in fact, as stated. And no refund.
I've since canceled the card because of fradulent activity, say, maybe 3 days ago.
Surely if a refund had been made it would of appeared in my statement before now?
Thankyou for taking the time to help me though, seems like no one else is concerned.

Please email us at billing@gala-net.com so we can look it up and make sure you were refunded properly

Hi i emailed you at Billing over 4 days ago now. This is my money we're talking about now, not some game items, please can i get a response.

It looks like you sent your support ticket to a different dept so we didn't see it until we saw your ticket number. The representative handling your ticket will assist you from this point on. If you ever have any billing issues please, for future reference, send them to billing@gala-net.com.
