Google Checkout issue

Put in $100 an hour ago, got the Order Receipt email from them, but have not gotten any gpots or the notification of gpots being shipped. Normally this is instant for me. Is something down?

Guildmate just tried as well and also did not get it instantly like usual...

I can't look it up without an order number. Is it still not saying shipped? We can't do anything until it ships, before that its all on Googles end.
