Problem with free offers

I'm a little irritated at the moment that some of the free offers do not appear to pay out upon satisfying the completion conditions. I wish to ask why these offers have not payed out upon satisfactory completion, or at least to get some information on whether or not they will process at all.

I've just finished looking over the details, and it appears that 11 out of 15 of the free offers I have completed since this morning have not payed out. These offers are currently marked with the status "opened". I am only concerned with offers that I have completed today (Monday, Nov 2nd, 2009). I am willing to overlook any offers completed before today that have not payed out, as my personal records do not include them.

On each of these free offers, the only requirement appeared to be reaching a "final steps", "quiz results", or "scores" page. It was never indicated that I was to view or participate in any of the offers listed on that page, so I've assumed that I didn't have to. All information that I have provided while completing these offers has been true and accurate. I was not asked for, nor did I give any credit card info or cell phone numbers, as they were not a requirement for completion as marked on the main surveys/offers page in the pop-up tooltips.

I have screenshots of each "final steps", "quiz results", and "scores" pages in question, along with screenshots of the entire "My GPotato Rewards" and "Fill-Up History" pages. I can post them if needed.
