Cannot connect to login servers

Hey, i only just recently re-installed rappelz, i get to the login screen and when i put in my details the game closes and comes up with the error 'failed to connect to login server' could anyone help me with this situation ?

Make sure you have given sframe.exe permission to connect through your security software.

So the whole fact that the website has been unavailable for quite a bit hasn't tipped you off...

I wasn't able to visit the forums for more than 2 hours now - my launcher said Index server was down the last 2 hours aswell.

My fiancee who already had been logged in could game fine. [Looks like the mayority was lucky enough to have been online in time]. I didn't get any access in the meantime tho, hence why I guess why none of the Mods or GMs noticed - nor seemed to care.

30 seconds ago my client finally found an Index server, only to download some bigger patch. Ofc there aren't any patch notes anywhere.

the website, login server, index server have been down for the last 3 hours.
i can run client now and go to login screen, but still unable to login.

Had no problem accessing website and now I can connect to game. I thank you for mments.all your helpful

Well, my provider sometimes gets the connection botched, so it could have been an error on our side of the big pond. I even tried the bypass which allowed the launcher to open the login screen - and then couldn't connect to the real login server

And it is still down. So much for the quiz king event...

The Rappelz login & Gpotato website servers are currently down. We apologize for any inconvenience

Website/Login Servers should be up by 11AM (GMT -7) (In about an hour)

Website/Login Servers are taking longer than expected to bring back up, so we're pushing back the expected up time to 1:00PM (GMT -7)

From their Facebook the last few hrs. They do only say "Website" is up
