Good morning,

I have been hacked today while I was in a DP in HC and before I got hacked I noticed I have been Disconnected from the server twice, however I logged in and thought it was my internet issue, but while in DP I got the same again and once I attempted to log back in, I was not able to log in as the password was changed,

I did hurried up and changed my password just to enter the game and prevent the lose while I was on another account I saw my main character logged in laksy and was naked and being ran into the WH area in Laksy, however the Items in the WH was not affected.

the hack time was around 11:00 AM (local time +3 GMT).

the lost Items as i can think of now:

+18 Cross Bow Devouring
S2 Harpy Lv 120 (belted)
S2 Harpy Lv 90 (belted)
S0 Kenta lv 90 (belted)
S0 Kenta lv 90 (belted)
S4 Skeleton Lv 90 (belted)
S3 Skeleton lv 95 (belted)
S3 Lv 151 Blue pixie
R6 None dura +20
Witch's Hat
Decorative germany Uniform T Shirt
Decorative Chinese shoes
Decorative Gilded Wing
22,000000 Rupees all was in the inventory

all items were lost at the Morning of Thursday April 5th 2012

Hacked April 5th, 2012 1:38 AM, Fenrir Server. E-mail/game account passwords changed. Hacked while afk in HV (5 days after buying HV). Ticket # YDL-92263-323.

My main account is hacked too... they took nothing but rupees.

I logged in around 6:30 this morning, half hour before I had to go to work. At 8 AM, so 1.5 hours later I got a e-mail saying that my password is successfully changed. Of course at that time I was not at home anymore, I just found out about it.

Their meaning: They hoped I took my stuff out of WH and actually start playing, and then they changed password, log in, and steal everything from me. But they failed.

All they got away with was like, 100M rupees I guess? Maybe some CS items I had in inventory. Luckily they didn't feel like NPCing durability items out of inventory, or I would've been pissed... then I would miss +7 Devouring R5 Gloves/Boots/Belt/Necklace etc. My assassin and champion still got their CS helmets on too.

It's been 3 months since i got hacked and still my pets and values are still to be restored. I've seen people with items been restored with 1 months after the hack!
I would like to know if there is an order or a way to select the tickes?
