My former co-worker who told me about this game quit. And she gave me all her goodies. Reason for quitting was RL, got married and tamed a baby.

How many people does everyone personally know that quit and gave all their stuff away only to come back to play later and had nothing... only ended quitting again because they couldn't play.. then they came back on alts.. etc etc etc.

No point giving it all away until you keep it for 6-12 months on your account, then decide if you are ever going to play again.

i've quit sooo many times. and each time i give away almost everything i own. i give the more expensive things to guildies.. then with my rupees i buy tons of empty excommons (orcs/yetis/etc..) try to tame em and distribute em around noob island. i always am sure to ask if they person is new to the game.. at that point tho idc if they're lying.. they get a free pet for saying yes.

If I ever quit for good, I'll probably do the same thing I saw someone do once - have a trivia contest in main shout with the prizes being the good stuff. that's how I got my salamander, so I figure I might as well continue the chain.
