Later on like either alittle before r4 or on r4 bsummoner is best pvp of pet classes. But before that id have to say breeder...

I agree, once a BS gets their jl40 skills (auras, might of the underworld, seal of halisha) -- we own anyone in PvP. Dual summoning, both pets get the benefit of your auras. SB buffs, if dual summoning, would have to rebuff their pets every time, so likely would stick to using 1 pet with maxed buffs. Seal of Halisha can temporarily banish their pet, leaving a gimped SB to take the full damage of a wicked BS and his 2 angry pets (and if your pets use stun attacks the Sb won't be summoning another pet anytime soon).

Same applies vs Evokers and every other class, although Evokers/Knights aren't as squishy and will take some time to kill.

It all depends on the player skill/pet/equipment and the skills you bring up first in your char.
I would say that from the 3 Evoker is the most likely to win in all levels.
Why i say this? Because Sorc only start to show it's real power at job level 40 from the second skills... it get's it's auras, seal and might, Breeder i would say that when he gets to R3 it starts to show it's power but evoker since it's the one that depends less on the pets... kicks ass from the start.
But any class can kill the other... under R5 it all comes down to the first thing i sayed, player skill/pet/equipment and the skills you level up first, after R5 when you have skills maxed only the first 3 matter.
I have killed evokers/breeders when my sorc was R2/R3 with no problem, just used a bow, and had my pet (chicken at first, rp after i tamed one) hit the other player... if he attacked me i would just kite him and shoot an arrow from time to time and having my pet do the damage, if he went for my pet i would just have my pet run around and i would use the bow/magic skills.
After they learn how to duel me (the ppl i would duel the most) i had to wait until R4 to start to have a 50% chance to win again
Just choose one you like, learn to play with it and have fun playing... in pvp you win some and you lose some but if you enjoy playing with your char even when you lose you have fun ... well at least i do

Hi I'm very new to the game and just got my sorcerer to 28 and using the pantera pet. Is that a good one to use or should I go with the tortus or poltry? Sorry for the noob question that has probably been aswered a million times, but could not find it. I dont have the money for the Yeti or orc yet but saving up for one, it will be awhile still though

Pantera is a great first pet, it is a Damage dealing pet. It wont be able to tank anything, the Tortus is for that.

My reccomendation is stick with the Pantera, buy a Blue Pixie, then an Orc.

Rappelz is a game of attrition stick with it, Sorcerors are one of the weakest beginning classes so expect to struggle with the character until late r3/early r4. As said before that is when you will begin to realize the power of a Battle Summoner.
