Speedy Spell?

Simple curiousity,

Has anyone tested whether or not Speedy Spell affects the casting of Summon Creature?

The other classes with Speedy Spell (DM/CM/WL) can only form one creature, so they can't test it. Meanwhile, I'm a Melee-built Battle Summoner so I won't open Speedy Spell for a little while.

Just wanted to know if it would be worth it, and if I should be using (Deluxe) Spell Potions when I'm Dual Summoning. Seems that if it does, we have a slight edge at Dual Summoning over Breeders (very slight, but I'll take it!)

If it makes a difference, its like a few nano-seconds, its pretty pointless.
