Community Update 02/02
Hello everyone!
Here are this week's developments regarding Rappelz:
■ We've removed the TEST string from all the pet cards during the Holiday event that has been causing confusion within the community.
■ Our campaign against spammers is constant and steady!
■ We've begun the process of rebuilding and reinforcing our server structure, and have made additional improvements to security.
■ Our team has been tackling hack cases and restorations at a steady rate! For those who have been waiting, we will get to you as soon as we can! Thanks to everyone for being patient!
■ We are now taking care of people who haven't received their items from the Holiday Login Event. If you haven't done so already, please submit a ticket with the subject "Holiday Login Event Items". If you've already submitted a ticket regarding this beforehand, you do not need to submit another ticket.

hi Kyodan, i did submitted a ticket several weeks back when i did not recieve 13 day prizes. however i did not put 'holiday log in evnt items' as a subject, so do i have to file another ticket w/ that subject name? or i'm ok w/ the original one i filed.

well the "patch notes" if this is what it is called is.. almost 12 hours late.. i guess better than nothing...

There was no patch other than the removal of the TEST string.

hush, they could go back to before and not update us but once every 2 months if that.
Im happy with the way things are going now, its getting better. We are hopefully in store for some kick ass events, hacking has decreased from what i have seen, spammers have taken a big hit. They fixed something rather quickly, though would much rather see the ah bug fixed, but seeing how that is a problem plaguing all versions i think it will take a little longer.
I have regained some confidence, but we still have a ways to go before i feel safe leaving my toons with pets and gears on them while i go do something.

Is the "Contact Us" section of rappelz working correctly for submitting tickets? I haven't received an automated ticket number after 30 mins or should players just manually email rappelz customer service about the holiday login event items?

Sending an e-mail directly to CS is fine: rappelz@gala-net.com

Thanks for the quick response, but another quick question, are we required to provide our account name in the emails along with character names and server or will just our character name and server suffice? I'm a bit hesitant to provide an account name after recent events.

Ty for update. And hack cases have improved. Took 2 hours or so for me tp be restored after the 11 questions.

If you're wary about providing your account name (understandable, but since it's going directly to CS you shouldn't have to worry), then providing character names and the e-mail address your account is registered under would suffice.

Some guildies got a response to their ticket and still didn't get their items, I believe the problem was lying with time zones and the Euro players
I could be wrong, maybe they didn't log in every day, but when all the euro players are missing wings/rb/etc.. makes you wonder
